Every Bidvest distribution centre has a customer service department, a fully trained field sales team and active telesales operators. Orders can be placed by fax, email and via our e-commerce website, www.findfoodfast.com.au.
Many of our branches also offer specialist representatives in areas such as seafood, meat, hospitality and packaging disposables.
A team of dedicated national account staff oversee state and nationally based customer groups.
Findfoodfast offers customers direct access to their local distribution centre's product range, including stock on hand and customer specific pricing. Findfoodfast users can also view transaction history and place orders online.

Online Services
Bidvest's online services can be web based, or in some cases, directly integrated with a customers internal system.
Findfoodfast is a web site providing customer's with secure access to the product range in their own Bidvest branch; access to account transaction history and the ability to order electronically.
Direct integration with a customers system allows the transfer of information such as orders, invoices and credits directly between the customer and Bidvest.

Branch Services
Bidvest provides free delivery to local areas and a pick up service which is also available at all branches.
Customer service operatives and field sales representatives with local knowledge ensure a comprehensive coverage of communication with your local branch. An answering service is available for orders which need to be placed after hours.
All branches offer findfoodfast providing customers with online 24/7 access to their distribution centre product range and Bidvest account.

Bidvest has had a certified Quality Management System since 1994 and is currently certified to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP food safety across every branch.
Our modern refrigerated trucks are also accredited so that we can ensure that our deliveries of chilled and frozen goods maintain cold chain integrity.
